Summary: This property was fantastic. The owners were great about communicating and the description of the house was exactly what we got. The location for us going to Dreams Park was perfect. The unbelievable sunflower farm at the beginning of the road was the icing on the cake.

Summary: This is a great home for families/friends staying together while their kids are at CDP tournament. It’s under 10 minutes to the park from the house. The house worked perfectly for 4 adults using 3 bedrooms and two teen girls who shared the bunk bed room. We never used the pool as the weather wasn’t warm enough or it was rainy and we didn’t have time. The house was great for our needs. It is extremely dark on the roads and wish there was more lighting in the front of the house but otherwise it was great!!

Summary: Great home for a vacation in Cooperstown! This home is as advertised and close to everything! Claire was readily available to answer any questions we had. A very spacious and enjoyable home, inside & out!

Summary: Close to both downtown Cooperstown and Cooperstown Dreamspark, this house was great for the four families that stayed while our boys played at Dreamspark. The house was exactly as pictured plus one room not pictured with 2 sets of bunk beds and an extra mattress that we put in an adult room for the youngest kiddo. The pool is sufficient for kids who didn’t mind that it’s not super warm. And there was plenty of outdoor space for them to run around and play whiffle ball. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. The only small nitpicky things we would suggest to the owners is larger entry mats at the front and the back door, as we had lots of feet coming in and out and lots of shoes by the front door. Otherwise, we quite enjoyed our stay!
